If they don't want to work with someone anymore, because keeping him employed would ruin the atmosfeer in the company.. why keep him employed.. if you cannot stand a person its very hard to have a work relationship with that individual. Without a doubt it wasn't him playing, which is as cringey as it is underhanded. Why not just state he wasn't playing, and was there for commentary? His comments relating to the game as if he were playing are just sad.
