Yeah the emphasis on these "waifu" type characters just detracts from the game. I mean you might get some more people into SF because they want to main Mika or Cammy, but idk. It just seems dumb and un-needed.
What's really annoying? Fighting games are FUN for kids and complete beginners to muck around with, but it's becoming more and more difficult to find one that doesn't go on a fanservice overload or have tonnes of gore.
Yeah I know, old fogey. I guess I'm just remembering the days of arcade Street Fighter 2 and Samurai Showdown.
Last Blade was best though.
Um'd and arr'd on both of Jinx's. I really like them, especially the latest, but they don't have quite the wow factor. I think whatever they do for her next will be incredible though.
Prime Time Draven was also on the shortlist, along with Janna's skin in the same style.
I was convinced on PROJECT Yasuo because it just looks incredible, in and out of game (as do all the new PROJECT ones, I'll be using their splashes as wallpapers ASAP)
You either leave reddit quickly enough to not become corrupted, or stick around long enough to become a dank memer.
TL;DR Kids dont get on reddit, you can never leave.
Super Kalafrajelistic Internet Losers League
Btw I live in the US so if that counts me out due to mailing reasons I'm totally cool with that, I just decided to enter anyway :)
I played League, some M&B Warband, and Smite.
This may not work in the pro scene though, esp. if your team can't play such-and-such champ, but someone on the other team is really good at. What then? Do you take them just to make sure the other team can't get it?
The issue is that the number of toxic players that actually receive chat bans and restrictions is extremely small. The number of toxic players deserving of chat bans that I have played with is extremely high, but the number of those that were actually banned is likely very small.
This. Maybe it's just me, but I think it's a pretty clear cut case of insta chat-ban when someone wishes cancer upon their teammates and their mothers.
I would give everyone free ice cream.
Just so you guys know, I'm pretty sure there has always been a 48 HR free trial for this game. Now this MAY be different in some way, but I'm pretty sure it's the same demo that they've always had.
Demo was 2 hours long iirc. It kicked you after the 120 minutes expired. It was just enough to get to the first town and a little beyond.
As long as you stick with the big f2p titles your fine. LOTRO, EQ2, Neverwinter, TF2, DOTA2, etc.
neverwinter is a bad example, they give you a purple loot item that you need to buy an item from the shop to open, if thats not trying to force people to pay I don't know what is.
