Rainbow Six Siege’s newest attacker operator is named Nomad and, as her name suggests, shes gets an upper hand when dealing with tricky environments. More details on Nomad have been revealed through a short trailer that leaked online.
The trailer was posted on Reddit and it shows Nomad walking through a Moroccan building shooting off-screen enemies with what looks like an AK variant. When she reaches the foreground the enemies that were previously hidden all burst out from their hiding places, their lifeless bodies flying through the air.
Ubisoft previously teased that the new attacking operator would be “perceptive and resourceful… an expert on environmental operations with a knack for pushing the enemy back.
“She’s among the few explorers who can cross the Sahara, climb up the Alps, trek through Asia’s rainforests, march along the Arctic Circle… and still return to her unit in operational shape,” Ubisoft reveals in a blog post.
Nomad isn’t the only new operator to be added to the game’s roster this week. Kaid is Rainbow Six Siege’s new defender and an operator whose gadget can deny hatch breaches. Details about Kaid also leaked on Reddit earlier today in a similar trailer to Nomad’s but it was posted by a different user.
The two new operators are part of the new Morocco-based Operation Wind Bastion, which is Rainbow Six Siege’s new season. For more information about the game’s latest gadgets, maps, and and the Operation Wind Bastion release date, click on that link.
