As you might’ve spotted Ben mention earlier today – the once Xbox One-exclusive Rise of the Tomb Raider is headed to PCs on January 28, where it will look, to quote our news editor, “absolutely gorgeous”. With 4K resolution support, among other Windows 10-specific features, I couldn’t argue with that.

The game’s minimum PC requirements have also been announced and, you might be surprised to hear, they’re quite low.

Lara journeyed from naive adolescent to mass-murdering adult in the last Tomb Raider – do you think she’d like our best adult games on PC?

While there’s been no mention from Square Enix regarding the latest Tomb Raider offering’s recommended specifications, here’s the minimum punch yer machine will need to pack, should you wish to send Lara successfully to the lost city of Kitezh and back:

• Minimum OS: Windows 7 64bit

• Processor: Intel Core i3-2100 or AMD equivalent

• GPU: NVIDIA GTX 650 2GB or AMD HD7770 2GB

• RAM: 6GB

• HD Space: 25GB

• DirectX: DirectX 11

• Input: Mouse + Keyboard

Again, this is Rise of the Tomb Raider’s minimum system requirements. If nothing else, the last Tomb Raider had optional controller support, so expect more on this one’s recommend specs between now and January 28.
