Luckily, you can do just that – for free! – with Sanctum 2. It’s the latest free title from the Humble Store, yours to keep if you claim it within the next two days. Since it’s co-op, maybe you should convince a friend or two to join in as well.
Sanctum 2 was a unique blend of tower defense and shooting when it released in 2013, and though that genre’s filled in a little in the meantime it’s still a worthwhile treat. Four unique character classes offer fresh ways to tackle the action in single-player or co-op.
This is the third free game given away by the Humble Store this week, after Suda 51’s Killer is Dead and the Double Fine rocker Brutal Legend. It’s all in support of the fall sale, which currently includes big deals on games from Ubisoft, 2K, and Bethesda.
