How to reduce your Star Wars Outlaws wanted level

If you get on the wrong side of the Empire, and find yourself with a wanted level, there are two ways we know of to reduce it:

  • Lay low, and eventually the Empire will reduce your wanted level.
  • Bribe a corrupted Imperial officer.
  • A squad of Death Troopers will land nearby if you max out your wanted level. Access the terminal in their camp to clear your name.
  • Access an Imperial satellite in orbit when you aren’t in combat.

As your wanted level increases, the Empire will put more resources into tracking you down, meaning more enemies will hunt you. Not only that, but the difficulty of the enemies will also increase, so balancing the heat on you is vital if you want to stay in one piece.

With Star Wars Outlaws taking place between Empire and Jedi, it means that the Empire is at the height of its power, so simply jumping into your ship and bailing the planet won’t reduce your wanted level. The Empire is everywhere, and they will find you unless you cover your tracks.

Now that you know how to reduce your Star Wars Outlaws wanted level, you can willfully go about your scoundrel business, just make sure you keep one eye on the exit in case things get a bit hairy.
