The third episode in what has quickly become one of my favourite Telltale series, Tales from the Borderlands, is due to launch in less than two weeks. This one’s titled Catch a Ride, and will once again pit Fiona and Rhys against the dangers of Pandora and Hyperion.
Expect more bro-fisting robots and lots of snark.
Catch a Ride will launch on June 23rd, making it over four months between this and the previous episode. It’s unfortunate that one of Telltale’s best games is also cursed with the longest gaps between each episode.
Game of Thrones, which is running alongside Tales from the Borderlands, has seen four episodes launched since the series kicked off in December, while Tales started earlier, and is only up to episode 2.
I suspect, however, that once I reacquaint myself with the vault-hunting duo, my frustrations with the long gaps will wash away. So far Tales from the Borderlands has been a concoction constantly bubbling with wit and silliness.
