MvM,I wish the drop rate was Higher, apart from that i liked it.and as for TF2 as a whole,my 63 days says enough. :)

I actually forces you to play as a team.

I liked it, it provided a gamemode where people actually played together, but the rewards are pretty lacking compared to the price of Mann Up Tickets, and hasn't received an update in years.

cool game so eazy

M vs M is a very good

Mann vs Machine offers a vastly different experience to normal TF2, but one still crafted with the same care and attention. Its fun, it's frantic, and it's a new and attractive way of playing TF2 with friends (as with many co-op games, playing with strangers can be difficult when coordinating)

MVM is great, its a great way to get away from the multi-player if you are having a bad time and its also a great mode to play with your mates!

MVM is great just need to make the levels easire

MvM is very enjoyable, especially on the team aspect of the game. It challenges the whole 6 player party or random mix-up to try to create a harmony between the players. (Or basically MvM is great but I want it easier to find a match, and easy in general)

A fun game, a lot of friends, clothes and mockery but the problem is with children.

Played over 2000 hours, best class-based shooter there is. Overwatch can go and cry while TF2 exists.

How balanced are the classes in Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

As you might expect, certain maps and game modes highlight the strengths and weakness' of all the classes. Overall, I do not think that any of them is particularly overpowerd across the grand scheme. (But, a Spy is everyone!)

There are 9 classes, each one has their weaknesses.

87

TF2's classes are probably the most well-balanced in the FPS field. Everyone functions uniquely, and not one of them could be considered a 'all-rounder'. Doing well with each class requires skill and practice, and learning the ins-and-outs of each is part if TF2's appeal.

2

You have 9 too choose from but so does the team you play against.

How does Team Fortress 2 reward you for playing tactically?

3453

1139 days ago

Achievements are very varied, numerous and specific. Getting some of the harder ones will indicate your tactical awareness.

87

TF2 doesn't require a massive tactical plan, but it's team v team set up does reward a certain level of cooperation with other players on your team. Essentially victory relies on players working with each other. Many of TF2s modes, such as payload, require numerous players to all do the same thing in order to complete objectives. Without contributing to these objectives, you're actively degrading your team's chance of winning.

It rewards you with hats. HATS I TELL YOU, SO MANY HATS.

How much fun are the weapons in Team Fortress 2?

21

Over the years, TF2 has accumulated a huge and delightfully weird arsenal, mixing up pistols, shotguns, rifles and miniguns with the kind of tools you'd see in Looney Toons. Laser cannons, jars of bodily fluids, longbows, robot fists, medieval blades, life-giving sandwiches, a fish in a rolled-up newspaper... all with multiple ways to earn them without needing to stop by the in-game store.

3453

1139 days ago

It is the smoothest and most visually appealing to me. I dont usually got for games that have hyper realism or terror factor anymore. This makes Killing people humorous and none frightening....I sound like a girl. But I'm sure you will get what I mean after a few hours.

87

The slightly absurd, cartoon nature of TF2's violence makes it a fun game to play. Shooting people is funny. They explode when hit by a bouncing grenade, and flop around a lot if capped in the face by a sniper-rifle. The feedback from each gun is distinct and characterful.

2

The guns are ... Insane. There are just too many too mention but they all are fun too use, whether its running around drinking soda to make your gun better or using a rocket launched to blast you high into the air, you will have fun.

How good an FPS is Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

This is the benchmark for Fun FPS. Everything made afterwards should be compared to this fun you get in this. And not many have improved on the formula.

87

Yes. It's almost completely unique in its manner of applying classes, and its a system that undeniably works in creating a balanced, exciting, and fun FPS. Its game modes are well designed and encourage good pace and teamwork. There's little that gets in the way or over-complicates the main activity of shooting other people.

Its the best FPS if you want to have fun and are not too mad about loosing!

Have you found any strategies for making money in Team Fortress 2?

MAKING money? Noooope. Spending it? Aye, lots of those!

How deep is the crafting in Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

The crafting is very hollow in my opinion. Items that are of very rare quality require so many RNG drops and then, even crafting 'good' items from those RNG materials is based on RNG. I dont go in for it much. Not now with the Marketplace. I just buy anything I really, really want.

How fair is the free-to-play model in Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

The fairest. Everything that increases your performance in battle is obtainable through in game playing on an RNG system. The things that cost money are cosmetic.. HATS!

87

Very fair. All your equipment can be created through the in-game crafting system, or 'won' by fulfilling achievement criteria rather than using micro-transactions. Things like hats are entirely cosmetic and don't affect your abilities.

2

Its a free to play. You DO NOT have to spend a penny and you will get your hands on everything. But if you just spend a few here and there you get shiny guns and hats. Did I mention Hats?

Would you recommend any good Team Fortress 2 mods?

3453

Never played with mods.

Prop Hunt is a funny and surprisingly challenging take on Hide & Seek - the Hiders are turned into random household props at the start of every round and given a 30-second head start to blend in, while the Seekers are given 2 minutes to hunt them down with flamethrowers that leech their own health. Various little features, such as the last Hider given a scattergun when time's running low and a control point in the middle of the map that tops up your health once in a while when walked on, help liven things up.

How does Team Fortress 2 run on your PC?

Not had any performance based problems in many years. The game is kicking on inn years, but Valve didnt sit still in optimising it for as many rigs as possible.

TF2 is pretty undemanding; the simple, cartoon graphical style and the heavy work put into optimisation for the Source engine means that it plays well on pretty much any PC.

Would children enjoy Team Fortress 2?

87

Most probably, but they shouldn't play it. It may be cartoony, but TF2 is quite violent. Bodies will explode and fling arms and legs all over the place in a spurt of blood when hit by an RPG.

2

Yeah, but listen to the age rating, its not for young kids, but im sure the older ones will love the cartoon'y FPS.

How good are the graphics in Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

Style and longevity over Hyper realism and poor coding. They are great, but not in the traditional sense.

87

TF2 has an incredibly unique graphical style. Most notable is the shapes of each class; even from halfway across the map you can tell what classes are fighting and running thanks to each one being exceptionally identifiable. The block colours and flat textures give the game an animated look that provides a great deal of its sense of fun.

How good are the sounds in Team Fortress 2?

3453

1139 days ago

The character that each of the classes voice actors convey is fantastic. Weapon sounds are great too.

87

TF2 is a game full of character, and this is in no small part thanks to its sound design. Each class has lots of brilliantly acted, funny voice work. Every weapon has a unique and identifiable noise. The voice-over work for the match announcer suits the caper-style tone.
