A Tencent employee has been suspended pending an investigation into allegations of misconduct on social media. Nick Zasowski, who was global community manager for the company’s MOBA, Arena of Valor, has been accused of sending unsolicited sexual images of himself to a number of women over social media.
The allegations came from a number of women on Twitter, who accused Zasowski of sending them images in direct messages. Including Amber Osborne, chief marketing officer at DogheadSims. Since the allegations came out, Zasowski has made his Twitter private and has reportedly deleted other social media accounts. Tencent responded swiftly, suspending Zasowski and launching an investigation.,
When we reached out to Tencent (which is best known in the West as the parent company of League of Legends developer Riot Games) for comment, they issued a statement confirming their actions, saying that “we take accusations of this type of unprofessional behaviour extremely seriously, and are currently investigating the matter. The individual has immediately been suspended pending the outcome of this investigation.”
Osborne is one of the people accusing Zasowski of sending images, and she shared screen grabs of his messages on Twitter:

It was following her tweet and others that Tencent acted to suspend Zasowski and begin its investigation into his conduct.
