The Game Awards 2014 nominees

The Game Awards is Geoff Keighley’s VGX alternative, a show he also produces. It’s being advertised as a celebration of games, but like VGX it looks like as much attention will be given to trailers, announcements and random musical acts. 

The 2014 awards show kicks off next month, on the 5th, but you can already read the nominations below. 

The nominations are split into two groups with different categories, one group selected by the media, while the other has been chosen by fans.
