Another day, another trailer from The Witcher 3. Today, CD Projekt Red wants to remind you that there’s quite a bit of blood in their sprawling fantasy RPG, as well as exploding bodies and heads getting lopped clean off.

At the tail end we get to see The Witcher 3’s second playable character, Ciri, in action, as well. We’ve seen plenty of series protagonist Geralt, but not very much of his magical chum. The trailer makes it clear that she’s a very different style of fighter.
The Witcher 3 is a week and a half away, and you’ll be able to decapitate enemies all day long when it launches on May 19th.
