Have you always wanted to join an MMORPG from its inception, but worried you might not find the right people to play with, or get lost among the many activities available in the game? Throne and Liberty’s guilds are here to guide you through, should you wish to be guided.
Solisium is Throne and Liberty’s world, and Amazon Games and NCSoft promise that it’s better together. You can traverse confidently with company, get more meaningful rewards, and take down hostile enemies in a large group for the kind of satisfaction you can only get from being victorious in battle.
What do you enjoy most about Throne and Liberty? Is it the castle sieges, or the stone capture mode? Maybe it’s the cosmetics or Morphs you can get your hands on. Maybe you just want company as a new player as you find your way in the game for the first time. Whatever you can think of, a guild exists. And if it doesn’t exist? Good news – you can make it!
Guild membership has so many benefits, including but not limited to:
- Raids
- Contracts
- Dynamic events
- Emblems
- Conquest battles
- A guild base
- Guild rank
- Shared rewards
- Guild-exclusive vendors
Guild rank determines the status of any player within the guild. Generally, if a player has a high rank, they’ve been a member of the guild for a long time and contributed positively to it. Guild rank is set by the guild’s leader, and can be seen as a reward or acknowledgment of hard work, good communication, or just being a friendly and welcoming player. It’s far more than just additional activities to grind away at though, as there are practical advantages to being a guild member, too. Extra support in activities helps with progression, meaning things like dungeons that could be more than a little tricky to complete solo, suddenly feel much more manageable.
To join a guild, you can jump into the official Throne and Liberty Discord server, or set some filters in-game. You can browse guilds before requesting to join them – and view any join requirements they may have set. You can try out different guilds, so don’t be afraid to join in and, if it’s not the right fit for you, just start a new search.
There are many guild activities available once you become a guild member. Here’s a rundown.
Castle Siege
The Castle Siege PvP mode is where you’ll attempt to claim Stoneguard Castle for yourself, and be in with a chance of earning large amount of sollant and lucent that can be used to buy items in the shop or auction house. The current reigning guild will interrupt your assault, closing gates, strengthening their defenses, and fighting you head on. It’ll take dedication and strategy to topple the reigning guild, and don’t forget the other guilds all trying to achieve victory at the same time. Decide within your guild whether you’ll brute force it and breach the castle walls, sneak through the sewers, or hitch a ride on a giant whale to bypass the castle’s defenses. No matter how you get there, the battle culminates at the throne. Will you be loyal to your guild, or betray them when it comes to it?
Tax Delivery
In this mode, you’ll collect taxes from the manor and attempt to deliver them to the castle. You’ll face off against hostile opposition guilds trying to get their hands on your cash, and have the opportunity to earn large amounts of sollant and lucent to spend on items in the shop or auction house. This PvP event sees guilds attempt to block your transport of the taxes. By selecting a member of your guild when you’re in control of the castle, you can transform them into a huge stone Golem. They’ll need to transport the large chest of taxes from Vienta Village to Stonegard Castle, while the rest of the guild defends them from opposing players.
Conquest Battles
These battles focus on the Boonstone and the Riftstone. Each has a different method of capturing it. The Boonstone requires capture without being interrupted by enemy guilds, while the Riftstone can be captured by earning points within a specific area. By capturing the Boonstone, you will see huge buffs to your stats, while the Riftstone grants you a further chance to defeat the corresponding boss that week.
Guild Raids
Leveling up your guild will allow you to face more powerful enemies and earn better rewards and gear. You will have the chance to face open-world bosses with exclusively your guild by selecting these from inside your guild hall.
Open World Bosses
Open world bosses can be challenged by anyone, but taking them down solo is quite the challenge. You’re far more likely to be successful if you face them as a guild. Open world bosses are PvPvE battles that require strategy, communication, and dedication to topple.
Dungeons
Dungeons are present in Throne and Liberty in two different forms. The Dimensional Circle dungeons, or co-op dungeons, are for six players, instanced and have distinct loot. You can take on more and more difficult dungeons as you level up and begin to master your abilities. Abyss Dungeons are open-world dungeons that you can face alone, or take friends with you to ease the burden. There are strong enemies here, but the most formidable foes you’ll face will be opposing players and guilds. The rewards are more than worth it.
Dynamic Guild Events
Alongside all of this, you’ll also get to participate in dynamic guild events. During these, areas of the map will show wolf hunting contests, Lantern Seed festivals, and more. While PvE and PvP versions of these exist, you’ll only be able to join the dynamic guild events once you’re a member.
So what are you waiting for? The vast world of Solisium awaits you and your guild – whoever they may be. Check out Throne and Liberty today.
