Love Apex Legends? Titanfall 2 is 75% off right now

If Respawn's latest offering is Your Jam, it might be worth checking out its excellent FPS predecessor

A titan charges forward in Titanfall 2, one of the best multiplayer games

If, like me, you spent far too long sleeping on Titanfall 2, only for Apex Legends to come out and make you feel guilty for letting the best shooter in a decade pass you buy, help is at hand. There’s a massive sale on Origin right now, offering hefty discount’s on much of EA’s catalogue.

That catalogue just so happens to include the aforementioned Titanfall 2, which I will definitely be picking up. Admittedly, my decision is based primarily on the fact that it’s an extremely good deal – you can currently buy the Ultimate Edition for just €7.50/£6.45/$8.48). As a quick PSA, that’s actually cheaper than the standard edition.

If you’d prefer to return instead to BioWare’s heyday, you can pick up Dragon Age II and Dragon Age: Inquisition for 75% off. Elsewhere, there are massive discounts across the Sims, Battlefield, Battlefront, and EA Sports franchises. There’s also 40% off prison break adventure A Way Out, and you can pick up co-op puzzler Unravel Two for a 50% discount.

That Apex Legends’ release has helped boost its predecessor is in little doubt – in the last few weeks, Titanfall 2’s player counts have risen significantly. With an Apex Legends player count that now totals 50 million, that’s not too surprising, but it’s nice to see that Titanfall is finally getting the attention it deserves.

Don’t believe us? Titanfall 2 is one of the best FPS games on PC

You’ll have plenty of time to make the most of the discounts. The Origin publisher sale runs until March 19, but just make sure you don’t miss another opportunity to play Respawn’s brilliant FPS on the cheap.
