If you’re a Warhammer nut, you might get something out of the new video released by Relic, showing off the voiceover process behind Dawn of War 3.

Some games go full mocap and have actors acting out the scenes while delivering their lines. This cinematic VO style doesn’t really benefit an RTS though, so these voice actors just have a booth, a script, and their imaginations.
Not that this holds back Dawn of War 3’s voice talent who, as you can see in the video above, act out their fantasy roles with gusto. Nathan Constance, the guy who voices the Ork, is my new hero, though. He’s actually brilliant.
Who is the Ork in question? That’d be Warboss Gorgutz ‘Ead’unter. We also get to see Farseer Macha and a couple of others, but it’s worth watching just for the Ork lad.
Dawn of War 3 will release on April 27.
