Blizzard’s counting down to the launch of Warlords of Draenor in November by spinning some yarns about the titular orc warlords. The third one on the list is Durotan, who you might know as the old man of one-time leader of the Horde, Thrall, and head honcho of the Frostwolf Clan.
This one’s a wee bit sad.
A sick mum, a dead pet – it’s quite the tearjerker.
Durotan and his clan live in Frostfire Ridge, surrounded by ice and lava. Durotan’s brother and father are gone, leaving him to lead the clan as they defend again the Iron Horde – the big, bad legion of orcs intent on conquering all of Draenor. “If he fails, the last bastion of hope for orcs on Draenor will be lost,” says Blizzard.
Warlords of Draenor is due out on November 13th.
