Solo game maker Kenny Sun must love pyramids. He’s made a whole game as a “love letter” to the 3D shape. Called Yankai’s Peak, it’s a meditiative puzzle game all about shuffling pyramids into the right place to form beautiful, mathematical shapes.
In each of the game’s 130 handcrafted levels, you play a sentient blue pyramid, that is tasked with matching all the pyramids on the level with up with the triangular floor tiles that match their colour. Red pyramids should be put on top of red floor tiles, and so on.
To do this, you have to push the pyramids around, while also figuring out how to get yourself lined up with your own blue floor tile. It’s tricky stuff, but if you’re into solving puzzles to soothing music then Yankai’s Peak should give you hours of play.
But don’t take our word for it. We’re giving away 20 Steam keys for Yankai’s Peak so you can try the game out for yourself. If you want to be in with a chance of winning one,all you have to do is enter via the widget below.
