Cuphead, Getting Over It, and West of Loathing pick up nominations for the 2018 IGF Awards

Every year, the IGF Awards highlights some of the best indie games from the last year, and it’s a rather prestigious award, with almost 600 entries vying for seven awards. The final winners will be announced at GDC in March 2018, with the winner of greatest award, the Seumas McNally Grand Prize, receiving $30,000.

On March 21 the winners will be announced at the annual Game Developer’s Conference, and the winner of the alt.ctrl.GDC award will also be announced, a special award for the game with the most unique and creative controller.
