I could have sworn we’d covered a seven-minute Assassin’s Creed 4 trailer scarcely two weeks ago. Does game footage grow in length when you leave it to fester? It would seem so. I don’t know if Ubisoft have given any thought to how Kenway’s vertigo-inducing eagle jump might look when removed from its urban heritage – for instance, when our piratical protagonist jumps from his ship into the stream that runs through a quaint West Indian village. But yeah – it looks pretty silly.
Then again: stealth with consequences! That looked really quite special, didn’t it?
