Warner Bros. have confirmed that the PC version of Batman: Arkham Knight will only be sold via digital downloads here in the UK. Don’t panic – other regions such as North America and everywhere else in Europe are still on track to receive physical editions of the game, for now.
While this may not come as a huge shock to the majority of our UK readers, it does pose some issues to those who don’t have amazing internet speeds and/or tight bandwidth caps. The size of the final product has yet to be announced, but it’s slowly becoming the norm that games often exceed 30GB in size – especially on PC where special high-res textures are thrown in too.
Batman: Arkham Knight, the final entry into the Arkham trilogy, will launch at a slightly delayed date of June 23rd.
