All Battlefield 5 weapons: a list of every gun in the game

Read our guide to know what rifles, machineguns and sidearms you'll have at your disposal in Battlefield 5

A new Battlefield game means a new – or old in this case – arsenal of Battlefield 5 weapons for fans of the series to get to grips with. DICE’s epic war series is returning to the histories and stories of World War II. This new Battlefield title is introducing fresh Battlefield stories, a new single-player campaign mode, a battle royale mode, and is boasting a huge range of weapons.

Just like DICE’s other Battlefield games, you can expect a whole bunch of period-accurate weapons with interesting histories. For example, the Selbstlader 1916 semi-automatic rifle that was popular with the German air force because of its sensitivity to field conditions. There’s also the Krag-Jörgensen, a bolt-action rifle where its magazine loads from the top rather than the side. Or you could go less historic and more chaotic with the M30 Drilling, a triple barrel shotgun.

Dice is giving player’s a huge arsenal of guns and we’ve complied a list of these weapons for you to have a look over. Here is our guide to all the weapons in Battlefield 5, from assault rifles to machine guns, shot guns, hand guns, and in those particularly tricky situations you can always reach for your trusty side arm or use the blunt force of a melee weapon.

Here is a list of the current weapons for the Battlefield 5 launch on November 20 and we can look forward to a lot more guns after its release.

These weapons are the basic ones you start with and as you play more Battlefield V you’ll be able to upgrade and tinker your weapons with Specialisations to match your preferred style of play. These Specialisations can upgrade your weapons damage, accuracy, hip fire, control and more.

DICE point out on their website that this Specialisation system does not improve your weapon to a god-like level, if you decide to upgrade your weapon in one area it will not get the bonus of different Specialisations which stops players from having an unfair advantage.
