Conqueror’s Blade is readying for war – and a beta – and the first step on the march to battle is a Siege Test set to begin this week. That’ll give you a taste of the castle assaults, which form one-third of the self-described medieval MMO’s take on historical warfare.
The Siege Test begins on October 26, and will primarily be an opportunity for the devs to “stress the technical aspects of gameplay.” For you, that means access to ten classes through which you can build a general and lead an army on the Siege of Augolia map. A further set of scenarios will be made available in an Extended Siege Test which takes place from November 2-4.
You can sign up for the beta on the official site. Beta keys will get you into these Siege Tests, as well as a series of closed beta tests ahead of the open beta a bit further down the line. You can also guarantee access by buying in early through the Founder’s Packs.

In addition to siege warfare, Conqueror’s Blade will also bring big-scale PvP and PvE battles throughout its various stages of development. The final game will be free-to-play, and is set to launch some time before the end of the year.
