Dark Souls finally came to the PC in its Prepare to Die form and although it’s meant to be a hard as nails game, some of that difficulty stemmed not from the bosses and the stabby types but instead from the console hangovers, chief amongst them a stuttering and limited framerate. That’s the thing of a past, well, hopefully.

Now, before we begin, this is an alpha mod and might mangle the game. But isn’t that part of the fun? Like the guy who first tried to make his car sweeter by putting sugar in the fuel tank.
