Capcom are gearing up to release the “definitive edition” of Devil May Cry 4 in June. While the current gen consoles will get to experience the game at 1080p and 60FPS for the first time, us PC folk have been able to play the game with even higher specs at the original release back in 2008.
So what’s there to warrant the hefty £19.99/$24.99 Capcom are asking for PC players? Three brand new playable characters: Vergil, Trish and Lady. We’ve got videos of all three of them in action, so you can judge yourself whether they’re worth your hard dosh.
It certainly looks like a lot of work went into each character special; they could’ve easily just reskinned Dante or Nero and been done with it. But apart from these three, and some new costumes, the PC edition isn’t getting anything the old release didn’t have already. Is it worth the double dip into your wallet?
