Valve are sending out invites for players to “beta test” its newly completed Dota 2 documentary film: Free to Play.
Kotaku have reported on the story after an anonymous source provided the site with a copy of an email that invited select people to a screening of the film at Valve’s offices at Bellevue. When reaching out for comment, Doug Lombardi told the site Valve is “beta testing the documentary on The International”, the Dota 2 world championship event that takes place in Seattle on 7th August.
Valve registered the domain name freetoplaythemovie.com last December, so this is no big suprise. You can check out the trailer for Free to Play below.
