Ubisoft are doing an impressively good job, raking people's money on Steam so that they can download the games and find uPlay servers are down XD That means 99% of their games cannot be played at the moment. Everything requires activation before playing, so only single-player pre-installed games (note For Honor single-player is considered an online-only game mode) are playable.

Got to love the money-raking strategies.
