Fortnite’s Flippin Sexy emote gives players an advantage

Flippin Sexy emote

There are many reasons I have died in Fortnite. I have fallen inches from the safety of the zone. I have been blasted apart by a Rocket launch. More often, I have lost a gunfight because I am trash at the game. But for all that, at least I haven’t died to an emote.

Here are our Fortnite Battle Royale tips and tricks to help you secure your Victory Royale.

Fortnite’s Flippin’ Sexy emote is a powerfully seductive image. Upon use, players launch themselves into a full backflip, before lying on the floor for a moment in a very ‘draw me like one of your french girls’ style-pose, and then springing back up to full height. It’s a very impressive feat.

Unfortunately, it offers skilled players a pretty significant advantage if used correctly. You see, unlike in PUBG, Fortnite characters can’t normally go prone. Even though the emote only allows players to do so for a moment, it lets them hide in places no-one would realistically expect them to be, as seen in the video below of one sneaky player hiding in a bathtub, before popping up and blowing his unsuspecting foe away.

One of the advantages of Fortnite is the fact that there are very few, if any, things that offer you an advantage outside of your individual skill (or that of your squadmates). This emote, however, seems to have accidentally underwritten that. We’ve reached out to Epic for comment.
