Adding a hangar’s worth of new aircraft, vehicles, and clothing options, the Smuggler’s Run update for GTA Online is now available. Whether you’re a small-time drug pusher or a veteran gun runner, this update gives smugglers of all stripes new tools by which to ply their trade.

The main draw of the Smuggler’s Run update is the seven new aerial vehicles that are available to purchase. Ranging from the nimble Nagasaki Havoc to the monstrous Mammoth Tula, you will find a plane or a helicopter suited to your perfectly legal virtual business. If you prefer burning rubber to soaring through the skies, Smuggler’s Run also adds two new sports cars to GTA Online’s massive garage - the Vapid Retinue and the Grotti Visione. Rockstar clearly haven’t lost their talent for unique car names.
The new Adversary Mode is perfect for petrol heads as well, combining elements of Drop Zone and Penned In into one frantic mode. Named Motor Wars, it sees four teams parachuting into a gradually shrinking arena. With the clock against you, it’s your team’s job to grab whatever weapons you can find, pile into a vehicle, and then eliminate the other team. I don’t know what it is, but something about this game mode seems awfully familiar…
All smugglers will receive a complimentary Cuban 800 light plane once they buy their first Hangar, so get that cash together and start building your totally legitimate freight empire.
