There’s a new Halo Wars 2 DLC coming out this autumn and it puts you in control of the Banished as they stumble upon an ancient, parasitic evil. Yep, it’s Master Chief’s old, fleshy mates: the Flood.

The DLC features a new campaign – complete with new cutscenes from Blur Studio – two new multiplayer leaders, two new multiplayer maps, and Terminus Firefight – a cooperative mode where you build a base, fill out your ranks, and defend against waves of enemies.
Those two multiplayer maps will be available for free to all, regardless of whether you own the expansion or not.
Terminus Firefight adds a completely new way to experience the game, making you hold your ground against UNSC, Banished, and Flood, erecting barricades and placing spike traps to keep them at bay.
