Playing against 99 other gun-toting souls in PUBG is all well and good but Holdfast: Nations at War has it beat. In this competitive first- and third-person multiplayer shooter, there can be up to 150 other players going at it at once.
The scale of the battles in Holdfast: Nations at War are bigger than PUBG’s in more than just numbers, too. It’s set during the Napoleonic era and so lets you live out proper historical battles, whether that’s aboard a huge sailing vessel, firing cannons out in the seas, or on the muddy fields where you cooperate with your fellows to storm enemy fortifications.
You can play the gamut of sailors, surgeons, infantry, and officers in Holdfast, with more classes yet to come. Yes, it’s still in Early Access but already has hundreds of players swinging swords and firing muskets at each other. And we’re giving you the chance to be among them.
