Kickstarter success story Battle Worlds: Kronos will be released in full-form mid-way through November. Proceeding the launch will also be an open-beta.

Joystiq report that the turn-based, hex-based strategy game will be made available through developer KING Arts’ website, as well as on GOG.com and Steam, where it has passed the Greenlight trials. KING have yet to decide on a pricing for non-backers, but they plan to keep it below the $30 mark.

An open beta will be held in the weeks leading up to the full release, allowing players to sneak a look at the game on PC, Mac, and Linux. The game plays a little like Advanced Wars, the exceptionally good turn-based strategy on the Nintendo Gameboy systems. If some colourful tactics with over-large tanks is what you’re after, this could well be the one for you.

Cheers, PC Gamer.
