We assume that the mouse and keyboard is a more precise instrument for killing mens than the joypad. But what if we replaced one of the thumbsticks with a trackpad. That’s what Peter Von Buskirk is trying to do with his Kickstarter which, if we’re honest, is struggling a bit.
It’s a neat idea and one that, as demonstrated, might bring joypads a little bit closer to the precision offered by WASD controls. Peter needs a lot of cash: $125,000 and he’s nowhere near his goal: hence the plug – it’s a control option we’d at least like to try.
