League of Legends patch 8.21: K/DA and Halloween skins

League of Legends patch 8.21 brings two new skin sets to the Rift - Kled, Janna, and Ekko get spooky as K-Pop comes to LoL

League of Legends

League of Legends’ next big update is patch 8.21, and it’s dropping just in time for Halloween. When it comes to balance, Riot are likely gearing up for the pre-season, so don’t expect this to be a huge patch. Thankfully though, a total of eight new skins means there’s plenty to feast your eyes on.

Patch 8.21 is probably going to drop just a week ahead of Halloween, so it would be remiss of Riot not to bring some spooky new content to the Rift. Halloween skins for Ekko, Janna, and Kled are all heading to the game in the next update, but sadly there doesn’t seem to be any Harrowing event this year.

That’s ok though, because Worlds should be enough to keep you going for another few weeks. And to celebrate there’s a brand-new skin line – Ahri, Akali, Kai’Sa, and Evelynn have formed a K-Pop band. K/DA will be heading to a stage near you later this patch, and there’s even a special Prestige Edition skin for Kai’sa – perfect for kicking off a solo career.
