Overwatch’s 2018 Halloween Terror event is upon us. It’s a time to gather with friends, escort the payload, and avoid picking support at all costs. For real, Make someone else do it. If you don’t play Hanzo, who else will?
Just like every year, Halloween Terror brings with it Junkenstein’s Revenge, a cooperative PvE mode that sees players taking on increasingly difficult waves of enemies. New to this mode for 2018 is the ability to play as Tracer and Brigitte. Maps have also been imbued with spooky decor to set the tone for the season, with the spotlight on a decked-out Château Guillard.
The highlight of any big Overwatch event, however, is the skins. The sweet, sweet skins. This year’s crop is as bountiful as ever, with many heroes receiving some spooky new duds. Before the event went live, Blizzard teased a few of the skins players could unbox, but left many as surprises.
Highlights include Swamp Monster Doomfist, Enchanted Armor Pharah, Jack-O’-Lantern Wrecking Ball. My personal favorite (and objectively the best one of the lost) is Pumpkin Mei. You can check out all the new skins in the gallery below.
