Payday 2 developers, Overkill, have announced a permanent price reduction for the co-op heist shooter, and all of its DLC. The game, which has now been out for over a year, has been steadily supported with torrents of DLC content.
“Heisters, we’re thankful for your support thus far,” said Overkill. “As we continue to develop Payday 2, working on additional free updates as well as paid DLC, we feel it’s time to adjust the pricing of both Payday 2 as well as all DLC released during the first 16 months of its lifespan.”
“We hope these permanent price reductions will allow you to purchase a DLC that you might of been missing, or introduce a friend to the world of thieves and heistery.” Overkill stated on their website. Either way – we salute you and thank you for your dedication.”
