MMO RaiderZ will be shutdown next month, after it was discovered that the game’s developers, MAIET, are “no longer operating anymore”. The game will run until August, after which it too will follow suit with the developers.
The revelation came when RaiderZ began to suffer unexpected server issues. “Over the past weeks, RaiderZ has seen a few different instances where the game has had issues with the server.” said publisher Perfect World. “In the past, we have been working with MAIET, the developer of RaiderZ, in order to troubleshoot and solve issues to keep the game available for the players.
“Unfortunately, MAIET is no longer operating anymore.”
Anyone who made any purchases involving RaiderZ since May 7th will have their money refunded to their Arc Account Balance, and in-game prices have been slashed following the news; players who logged in during the last month will receive a hefty 1000 in-game currency to go wild with.
RaiderZ will shutdown on August 7th, 10am PDT.
