The W73 features RGB lighting across its entire 2.7/4.5m length courtesy of its plastic fibre, light diffusing construction. The colour runs from connector to connector, and can be set to red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue, and purple – or a cycle mode across all seven.
The cable itself features a flat construction and is rated for the highest resolutions supported by HDMI 2.0b – as all well-made high speed cables should, even bargain basement cheap ones. On the topic of price, this cable will set you back $80 for 2.7m or $100 for 5.4m. Ouch. The company has told us this is due to the complex nature of the product’s construction for the desired result.
