Maxis have confirmed that SimCity is to receive new content in in two weeks time. The expansion will allow SimCity mayors to build and manage an amusement park, just like that Theme Park game you played so much back in the 90s.
The information on Amusement Park leaked a little earlier than Maxis would have liked, but the developer confirmed the authenticity of the information on its Facebook page.
The amusement park will become part of the player’s city, and generate a cash flow that can be used to further invest in the city.
Screenshots of the game could be seen over at Green Man Gaming, but seem to have been pulled. Thankfully, an eagle-eyed person has uploaded a video showing them off.
