If you’ve seen The Last Jedi and you want a little more Luke Skywalker in your life…well, you’re probably going to have to wait until Episode IX, sorry. Courtesy of a new video from Squadron 42, however, we can offer you the next best thing – Mark Hamill messing around in space. Which is more or less the same as a decent chunk of Empire, at the very least.

The short video follows Hamill as grizzled veteran pilot Old Man Colton is generally a bit of a dick to his subordinates. So much of a dick, in fact, that when you first approach him, he’s too high-and-mighty to even let you tell him your name – “You want me to learn your name? Do what I say and live long enough for me to care.” Yep, that much of a dick. No doubt you do live long enough for him to care, and I’m sure an unlikely bond will form between the player and Colton.
Hamill is only one of Squadron 42’s all-star cast, which also includes Gary Oldman, Gillian Anderson, and Andy Serkis. You can watch some brief clips of them in action over on the Squadron 42 ‘enlistment’ page, where you can also sign up for regular development updates.
