Terraria is updating to version 1.3 soon, and the patch brings a gargantuan amount of new content to the game. You can get a quick taste of how much is coming in this new trailer, filled with swooping flying pirate ships, chaotic combat, and a portal gun.
The update brings a variety of features with it, including a refreshed UI that should make using Terraria easier, achievements to work towards, a new camera mode, and integration with Steam to allow streamlined multiplayer and save to the cloud.
There will be 800 new items added to the game, the starring item being a portal gun for teleporting hijinks.
Terraria will update to version 1.3 on June 30th.
