The Elder Scrolls Blades is getting a brand-new quest line featuring dragons

Dragons, jewelry, and new jobs are heading to The Elder Scrolls: Blades today

The Elder Scrolls Blades is getting a pretty hefty update. The new content was announced at Bethesda’s E3 press conference last night, and is due to have gone live at time of writing.

The expansive update features all new jobs, solo Arena battles, and a new system allowing you to create custom jewelry. As if that weren’t enough, there are new decorations and NPC voice-overs, but the real headline is a the brand-new questline. It would seem that Bethesda is trying to put giant reptiles in pretty much all of its games, as the new tasks will see players take on dragons in-game for the first time.

Blades is already available to play on a number of titles including both PC and mobile, but is now set to arrive on one more. Bethesda revealed that the most transportable of Elder Scrolls games would arrive on the most transportable of consoles later this year, which is good news for Nintendo Switch fans who have already finished Skyrim for the fourth time.

You can take a look at all of that new content in action in the trailer embedded in the tweet below:

All that remains now is to see how Bethesda manages to retcon dragons into the Fallout series. That said, I’m sure there’s a mod for that somewhere…
