Total War: Warhammer 2 continues to expand with more content and DLC, and it looks like it will soon do so again, as developer Creative Assembly has posted a mysterious tease.
Tweeting from the official Total War account, the developer posted the below image followed by a reply stating, “You’d better not snitch…”
The signs therefore point to this being a tease for Deathmaster Snikch, the Skaven master assassin. The Skaven have already received one Lord Pack, so this could end up being their second – alternatively, there is a chance this is merely a tease for a free update of some sort. It’s unclear, however, when this update or DLC might launch, or when we might hear more about it.
Can whatever’s on the way live up to the last expansion, The Hunter and the Beast, which added Brian Blessed? Only time will tell.

The strategy game launched back in 2017 to a positive critical reception, including a 9/10 in our Total War: Warhammer 2 review.
Richard Scott-Jones wrote: “This is a rich and thoughtful strategy game that is a joy to engage with at practically every level, and a new high-water mark of ambition and quality for Creative Assembly.”
