The Walking Dead: 400 Days is a new episode bolted to the end of Telltale’s Season 1

The Walking Dead is to become less of a Monday night drama and more of a soap – albeit one with high production values, an enviable script and reverberating consequences. Not at all like a soap, then. But the gap between Seasons 1 and 2 is to be bridged by a new addendum, featuring five new characters, each with their own story.

We’ll meet them in a nondescript corner of some East Coast highway: a truck stop. The sort of place where desperate moral conundrums emerge without fail at about 3am every night.

Weapons will be waved, that much is clear. Will they be used? That’s probably a matter for you to decide.

Say the folks on the PlayStation Blog: “This special episode will allow you to choose a character and play through each of their stories in any order, which are all centered around a truck stop on a Georgia highway.

“Some decisions you may have made in Season One will affect moments of 400 Days, and while we don’t want to give away too much yet, we will say that your decisions in 400 Days will echo into future installments of the series.”

In what direction would you like to see Telltale’s story steered in time for the next season? Let’s go easy on the spoilers, gang.

Thanks, PC Gamer.
