Behaviour Interactive are developing on a new game set in Games Workshop’s Warhammer 40,000 game universe. Eternal Crusade is a 3rd person persistent online action MMORPG, and it’ll be thundering its way into Earth’s atmosphere in 2015.
There’s no confirmed dates or platforms, but we’re going to go out on a whim here and say it’s definitely going to be on PC. Probably. To get all the knowledge we know, set your Battlecruiser’s FTL drive to the Eternal Crusade website, which offers a teaser as to what races will be involved in this eternal conflict. Naturally they’re Space Marines/Imperial Guard, Chaos, Orks, and Eldar.
You may recall that a Warhammer 40K MMO was on the cards some years back, entitled Dark Millenium. That dream burnt up when THQ met its demise, but there’s no evidence yet to suggest if Eternal Crusade is a resurrection of that project or an new beast entirely.
