What? First you heard of this? Alright, don’t shove your head out of a window to check the skies, there isn’t really a cosmic war going on up there (as far as we know). But there is in Worbital and you can be a part of it. This is a real-time strategic artillery game. Let’s break down what that means: you have a planet orbiting a star, you build cannons and other weapons on the surface, and then shoot to destroy other planets.
Those rival planets will be shooting you back, though, and you’ll have to take gravitational pull into account when aiming your shots – that’s where the challenge comes in. The last civilisation standing is the winners.
Sounds fun, right? Well, have a look at it in action to see how chaotic Worbital can get. Get a load of all the explosions. There are railguns, lasers, world rammers, magnets, and much more for you to play around with. Delightful! Oh, and there’s split-screen and online multiplayer to accompany all the single-player mayhem.
