Blizzard are once again holding a massive World Championship competition for World of Warcraft Arena. The best 3v3 Area teams from all across the world will compete is a series of games that will lead up to the grand finale held at this year’s BlizzCon event on November 6th and 7th.
Online qualifiers will first be held for all regions, with America, Europe, and China first, and Korea and Taiwan later in the year. They’ll all be battling to secure a place at the final, where victory will bag them a share of the $250,000 prize pool.
Spectators will be able to watch the live stream from Anaheim, California when the final is held at BlizzCon. Or, of course, they can attend in person.
Rules have yet to be announced, but they’ll be coming soon on the World of Warcraft blog.
