DayZ Standalone screens show peaceful, empty world. That won't last long

Like brain-starved walkers, we eagerly follow any hint of news for the standalone release of DayZ. After banging my death-soaked head against the wall of Dean 'Rocket' Hall's Tumblr for DayZ news he threw the below screens out of the skylight. Only now as I sit chewing them over do I wonder if this might not have been a distraction.
