Guild Wars 2 opening numbers revealed: over one million pre-orders taken

Guild Wars 2 is popular, then. NCsoft and ArenaNet have held hands and proudly announced that the MMO pulled in over one million pre-orders before the game's official launch today. Advance access to the game for those who'd pre-ordered saw concurrent player numbers hit more than 400,000 over the weekend.
