What if SOE head John Smedley told you that you could have your station cash, and then you could have it again, and then again one more time?

“Yes it's true,” said Smedley on Twitter. “Triple Station Cash next Friday. We hid that real well didn't we.

“Our master plan is to take your money the day before the world ends. That's how we roll,” he added. “We're spending it on booze for our end of the world party. You're invited.”

You’ll need to buy station cash either in-game or via an SOE pre-paid game card - not by SMS(!). The offer will run from 12:01am PDT until 11:59pm PDT on the 21st.

So that’s quite good, isn’t it? Especially as Planetside 2 in-game purchases will soon be unlocked for every character on an account.
