World of Tanks 8.1 rolls out today, gets pumpkins

Comment

The pumpkin contribution to World War II has frequently been overlooked.

The latest version of the game introduces new premium vehicles and a British tech tree, meaning Blighty's tanks no longer have to take the field under Russian colours. The Abbey, Dragon’s Ridge, El Halluf, Prokhorovka and Province maps have been updated, while players will now have the chance to buy Gold Ammunition with their credits.

It looks like players in the US will have to wait a little longer for the update, as it doesn't seem to be live just yet. In the meantime, though, they can enjoy their Hallowe'en-themed garages.

I am spelling Hallowe'en right, with that apostrophe and all, right? Right? I'm so confused and suddenly there are cobwebs all over my tanks.
