Frédérique Dame and Florence Naviner will join the board if they’re approved during the September 29 general shareholders meeting, growing the board of directors to ten.

This would bring the number of independent directors to five, diluting Vivendi’s ability to steer the videogame publisher.

Frédérique Dame brings massive HR experience, where before he grew taxi service Uber from 80 to 7,000 employees between 2012 to 2016. Florence Naviner is the chief financial officer and senior vice president of Wrigley.

This follows Vivendi recently taking over mobile developer Gameloft, also owned by the Guillemot family.
